Hellterror League was born in Piedmont (Italy) in Winter 2012, created by LK NekroMorbid (guitar and vocals) and Tony Rocky Horror (drums), joined later by Christbeater (bass and vocals) to complete the line-up.
All musicians involved have been playing in other underground projects with different styles, but always related to extreme music.
The genre submitted has been baptized as "True Southern Black'n'Roll": a mix of influences from Black Metal to Punk Hardcore, from Rock'n'Roll to Venom and Hellhammer's Proto-Thrash, all rivisited in a personal way.
Each song has a strong "in your face" attitude, still having an out of the standards complexity in structure, with at least 6 or 7 riffs each, completed by irriverent, foul and sarcastic black humor filled lyrics, telling stories about borderline personalities, sex and blasphemy, movies qoutes, references to more or less famous figures, with the addition of a critical approach to the mainstream music scene.
The current discography includes: the EP "For Satan We Ride", self released in September 2013, featuring 5 songs, which obtained positive reviews and feedbacks from critics and audiences; the FULL-LENGTH "Hell-Qaeda Rock'n'Roll", featuring 8 songs, also appreciated by listeners, produced and released in November 2015 by 40 Dead Records, an independent underground label specialized in extreme metal, owned by the band itself; the Split-EP with the porn-grind band Hiroshima Sex Bomb, featuring the single “Se l’eternità potesse avere dei limiti...”, inspired by Pasolini’s masterpiece “Salò, o le 120 giornate di Sodoma”, released by 40 Dead Records in August 2016. All records have been mixed and mastered by Christbeater.
Right after the full-length was out, Tony Rocky Horror decided to leave the band.
Now a duo, Hellterror League keep working, composing and recording new songs, as the band's looking for a label interested in releasing this new material.
